Meet The Provider
As a provider, I bring my clinical training to every session — but I also show up as a human being. I’m someone who believes in the power of kindness, honesty, and small steps forward. I know that life can be messy, overwhelming, and uncertain, and I strive to create a space where you can be fully yourself — no masks, no pressure to “have it all together”.
You don’t have to earn help. You don’t have to wait for a crisis. I’m here to walk with you toward healing, on your terms.

Samantha Harlow, PMHNP-BC
Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC), licensed in the state of Florida to provide comprehensive mental health care across the lifespan. I earned my Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University and bring over a decade of hands-on experience in emergency medicine and behavioral health settings.
Before becoming a nurse practitioner, I spent many years as a registered nurse working on the front lines of acute psychiatric care. That experience gave me a strong foundation in crisis management, trauma-informed care, and collaborative treatment planning — all of which I carry into my practice today

I frequently hear that I am deeply curious, down-to-earth, and easy to talk to, that they feel safe, supported, and understood in our sessions — which is exactly what I hope for. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all care. I’ll always take the time to listen, learn what matters to you, and support you in building a life that feels more stable, meaningful, and connected.

I come from a family that includes Veterans and Union Workers—who provided examples of what it means to work hard, show up for others, and keep going even when life gets tough. Moving frequently due to the military, I had to learn early how to adapt to change, build resilience, and find stability in the midst of uncertainty. That upbringing gave me a deep appreciation for connection, service, and emotional strength.
My relatives who served in the military taught me about discipline, loyalty, and the impact of invisible wounds — especially the ones people carry long after their service ends. I also watched the union workers in my family push through long hours and staying true to what you believe in. These experiences helped me see how easily mental health gets buried under responsibility — and how much people deserve care that truly supports them.
Those early lessons shaped who I am today — as a person and as a provider. I understand what it’s like to live in high-stress environments, to be “the strong one,” and to quietly carry more than others realize. I bring that understanding into every session. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, trauma, burnout, or just trying to keep everything together, I meet you without judgment — with the respect and honesty you deserve.
