Important update 5/26/26

Dear Patients,

I wanted to provide an important update regarding scheduling and medication management over the next several weeks. If you are currently prescribed a controlled/narcotic medication, please make arrangements to meet with me prior to June 1st to ensure continuity of care until I am able to resume full controlled medication appointments beginning July 1st.Please note that I will still be available throughout this time for:

• Routine follow-up appointments

• Therapy appointments

• Management of standard/non-controlled medications

Additionally, I will be out of the office from June 15th through July 1st for orientation and training purposes. During that period, I will be accepting a limited number of non-narcotic/non-controlled appointments only. 

If you believe you need to be seen before June 1st for medication management or have any questions regarding scheduling, please contact the office as soon as possible.
